Kathy Klein, of Kathy's Famous Cookies, says the baking never stops with more than 30,000 cookies getting dipped, sprinkled and ready to serve.
Klein says for 23 years, demand has grown. She says it all started with a humble biscotti.
"You have to totally enjoy it. It has to be fun," says Klein. "You have to reinvent something all the time."
When the Christmas rush dies down, Klein says she will focus on expanding her business online.
