Police: Wyandanch man arrested for recklessly driving dirt bike

Authorities say patrol officers observed a dirt bike rider disobeying traffic control devices and speeding on the wrong side of Mount Avenue at around 7:15 p.m.

A Wyandanch man accused of recklessly driving a dirt bike Thursday night is facing multiple charges.
Authorities say patrol officers observed a dirt bike rider disobeying traffic control devices and speeding on the wrong side of Mount Avenue at around 7:15 p.m.
The officers arrested 34-year-old Talique Carter at 97 New Ave. Police say he is charged with reckless driving, criminal possession of a controlled substance, along with several vehicle and traffic law violations.
